CHO Series Product Introduction
The CHO media series includes one transient CHO CDM10 basal medium and three stable CHO CDM27, CHO CDM34, and CHO CDM35 basal media products. All are animal-free, protein-free, fully chemically defined media. The CHO media series is suitable for large-scale serum-free suspension culture of CHO cells and subsequent transfection expression. For therapeutic protein-related R&D and manufacturing processes, these media support high-density cell expansion and stable product expression. Specifically, CHO CDM27 is optimized for CHO-ZN cells, while CHO CDM34 and CHO CDM35 are tailored for CHOK1 and other CHO cell subtypes. To accommodate diverse culture systems and protein production workflows, complementary media products offer corresponding supplements and are also compatible with other commercial supplement formulations.
